The school invited agencies to pitch for a re-brand and the design and production of new literature. The Creative Consortium were appointed in June 2011 and continue to be of service to the school.
After undertaking qualitative research for the re-branding, we developed a simplified shield based around the school’s initials. The bold typeface of the ‘N’ denotes strength and highlights the firm roots of the school, which was founded in 1873, while the cursive ‘C’ wraps around, evoking a sense of nurturing – an extended family to its pupils.
A successful new brand launch was followed by producing a prospectus pack and associated collateral. The design features formal, clean typography using different techniques to highlight key phrases and reaffirm the brand propositions.
